1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2016 . 2 Commencement Section commences on 1 July 2016. 3 Approval of scheme—Act, s 14(1) The Queensland Law Society Professional Standards Scheme has been approved by the council under part 2, division 1 of the Act. Notes—

(b) section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4 Repeal The Professional Standards (Queensland Law Society Scheme) Notice 2010, SL No. 159 is repealed.
