1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Law Institute of Victoria Limited Scheme) Notice 2016 . 2 Commencement Section 4 commences on 1 July 2016. 3 Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1) The Law Institute of Victoria Limited Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for Victoria. Notes—

(a) section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and

(b) section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.

4 Repeal The Professional Standards (Law Institute of Victoria Limited Scheme) Notice 2013 , SL No. 88 is repealed.
