1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Hospital and Health Boards (Nursing and Midwifery Workload Management Standard) Notice 2016 . 2 Notice of making of standard The ‘Nursing and midwifery workload management standard’—

(a) has been made as a standard under section 138E(1) of the Act; and

(b) takes effect on 1 July 2016.
