See SIA s 54.Commissions of Inquiry (Queensland Floods Inquiry—Evidence) Regulation 20111Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry (Queensland Floods Inquiry—Evidence) Regulation 2011.2Declaration under Act, s 5(2A)(1)It is declared that a Queensland Floods Inquiry chairperson’s writing made (whether before or after the making of this regulation) under the Act, section 5(1) is to take precedence over any provision of an Act that is a provision that might afford reasonable excuse for not complying with the writing.(2)In this section—Queensland Floods Inquiry chairperson means the chairperson of the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 2011.
