See SIA s 54.Queensland Reconstruction Authority Regulation 20111Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Regulation 2011.2Disaster event—Act, s 6(c)For the Act, section 6(c), the following are prescribed as disaster events—

(a)the floods caused by heavy rains in February 2011;

(b)the floods and landslides caused by heavy rains in March 2011;

(c)a flood, landslide or other disaster, within the meaning of the Disaster Management Act 2003, caused by heavy rains in April 2011.

3Declaration of reconstruction area—Act, s 43(1)(1)For the Act, section 43(1), the area marked as the reconstruction area on the map called ‘Declaration of Reconstruction Area - Grantham’ prepared and held by the authority is declared to be a reconstruction area.Editor’s notes—

1The map is available for inspection at the authority’s office at level 9, 119 Charlotte Street, Brisbane, during normal business hours and can be accessed, free of charge, on the authority’s website at <www.qldreconstruction.org.au>.

2The map held on the authority’s website can be reduced or enlarged to show the exact location of the boundary of the reconstruction area.
