party is ready to take part fully, properly and promptly in the meeting, including by giving the expert—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.24-para1.a" provision.type="other"><no>(c)</no><block><txt break.before="0">reasonable notice of the issue in dispute in the proceeding to the extent it is relevant to the expert’s expertise; attending a meeting of experts must, without further reference to or instruction from the parties, prepare a joint report in relation to the meeting.</txt></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.24A-ssec.2" guid="_e43bab99-2d57-4008-9aae-4ddd8def9514" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(2)</no><block><txt break.before="0">However, the experts attending the meeting may, at any time before the joint report is completed, ask all parties to respond to an inquiry the experts make jointly of all parties.</txt></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.24A-ssec.3" examination or experiment conducted, initiated or relied on by the expert to prepare the statement—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.24F-ssec.2-para1.d-para2.i" guid="_8bfa4bbb-d1b8-447b-8c6b-d9a871b0079a" provision.type="other"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">a description of what was done; and</txt></block></li><li id="sec.24F-ssec.2-para1.d-para2.ii" guid="_dfa3a30f-9cac-4b5f-ba30-c72fbcb2c74c" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">whether the inspection, examination or experiment was done by the expert or under the expert’s supervision; and</txt></block></li><li id="sec.24F-ssec.2-para1.d-para2.iii" guid="_232037a9-d692-4856-9480-8505319c8f83" provision.type="other"><no>(iii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the name and qualifications of any other person involved; and</txt></block></li><li id="sec.24F-ssec.2-para1.d-para2.iv" guid="_66d298c1-4e96-427b-b638-b8f6ff9d2eaa" provision.type="other"><no>(iv)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the result;</txt></block></li></list></block></li><li id="sec.24F-ssec.2-para1.e" guid="_aaf1a53a-ebfd-4445-b057-ec4a8b0c61ed" provision.type="other"><no>(e)</no><block><txt break.before="0">if there is a range of opinion on matters dealt with in the statement, a summary of the range of opinion and the reasons why the expert adopted a particular opinion;</txt></block></li><li id="sec.24F-ssec.2-para1.f" guid="_5abcd743-cb5a-4d84-b7a9-54e4d8c438c5" provision.type="other"><no>(f)</no><block><txt break.before="0">a summary of the conclusions reached by the expert;</txt></block></li><li id="sec.24F-ssec.2-para1.g" guid="_5b16a890-dc3d-412c-a40f-6f149568b75a" provision.type="other"><no>(g)</no><block><txt break.before="0">a statement about whether access to any readily ascertainable additional facts would assist the expert in reaching a more reliable conclusion.</txt></block></li></list></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.24F-ssec.3" guid="_1300720f-0637-4129-9935-fa9ffefd2e0a" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(3)</no><block><txt break.before="0">The expert must confirm, at the end of the statement of evidence—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li
