  • (a)starting on 14 August 2026 at 6a.m.; and
  • (b)ending on 16 August 2026 at 6p.m.

  • (b)15 August 2026 from 6a.m. to 6p.m.;
  • (c)16 August 2026 from 6a.m. to 6p.m.

  • (a)a crowd controller; and
  • (b)a security officer.
    • 16Limit on powers of particular authorised persons—Act, s 57(1)For section 57(2) of the Act, this section limits the powers of particular authorised persons for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast.(2)An authorised person may exercise a power under section 18(5) or 25 of the Act only if the person is—
  • (a)a police officer; or
  • (b)a crowd controller; or
  • (c)a security officer.
    • (3)Also, an authorised person may exercise a power under any of the following sections of the Act only if the person is a police officer—
  • (a)section 30(4);
  • (b)section 32(5);
  • (c)section 33(4);
  • (d)section 54(2);
  • (e)section 63;
  • (f)section 65(2).
