Tattoo Industry Act 2013 Tattoo Industry Regulation 2013 pt 1 hdg om 2013 SL No. 244 s 10 pt 2 hdg om 2013 SL No. 244 s 10 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Tattoo Industry Regulation 2013 . s 1 amd 2016 Act No. 62 s 493 sch 1 pt 2 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 6 January 2014. 3 Replacement of licence (1) This section applies if the chief executive is satisfied that a person is the holder of a licence that has been lost, stolen or destroyed. (2) The chief executive may, on the payment of the fee stated in schedule 1, issue a replacement licence to the person. 4 Fees The fees payable under the Act are stated in schedule 1.
