Professional Standards Act 2004 Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Scheme) Notice 2016 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Scheme) Notice 2016 . 2 Commencement Section 4 commences on 1 September 2016. 3 Approval of interstate scheme—Act, s 14(1) The Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for New South Wales. Notes—

(b) section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.
