Hospitals Foundations Act 1982 Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2015 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2015 . 2 Change of name of particular body corporate The name of the body corporate previously known as Children’s Health Foundation Queensland is changed to Children’s Hospital Foundation Queensland. 3 Bodies corporate stated in sch 1 The bodies corporate stated in schedule 1 continue in existence. s 3 sub 2016 SL No. 56 s 3 3A Dissolution of body corporate—Act, s 59 The Redcliffe Hospital Foundation is dissolved under section 59 of the Act. s 3A ins 2016 SL No. 56 s 3 4 Application of repealed regulation, s 4 (1) Section 4 of the repealed regulation continues to have effect to the extent necessary for the purposes of the amalgamation provided for in that section. (2) In this section— repealed regulation means the regulation mentioned in section 5. 5 Repeal The Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2005, SL No. 117 is repealed.
