Family Responsibilities Commission Act 2008Family Responsibilities Commission Regulation 20141Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Family Responsibilities Commission Regulation 2014.2Prescribed welfare reform community area—Act, s 8A(1)For section 8A(1) of the Act, the following areas are prescribed—

(a)the area of the Aurukun Shire Council;

(b)the Coen area;

(c)the area of the Doomadgee Aboriginal Shire Council;

(d)the Hope Vale area;

(e)the Mossman Gorge area.

(2)In this section—Coen area means—

(a)the area shown as the Coen area on plan no. AP19403 held by the natural resources department; and

(b)an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1, part 1.

Hope Vale area means—

(a)the area of the Hope Vale Shire Council; and

(b)an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1, part 2.

Mossman Gorge area means —

(a)the area shown as the Mossman Gorge area on plan no. AP19404 held by the natural resources department; and

(b)an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1, part 3.
