Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2011 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2011 . 2 Prescribed dams for submitting flood mitigation manuals and flood event reports—Act, s 371A For section 371A (1) of the Act, each of the following dams is prescribed—

(a) North Pine Dam;

(b) Somerset Dam;

(c) Wivenhoe Dam.
