(a)the rehabilitation permit states that the holder or relevant person may bring an animal obtained in the other State into the State for keeping the animal in the State; and

(b)the animal has, at all times, been lawfully taken, kept and used under the laws of the other State; and

(c)all approvals required for the movement under the laws of the other State have been granted.
