1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Trusts Regulation 2026.2CommencementThis regulation commences on 28 April 2026.3Fee for application to Attorney-General for approval of scheme—Act, s 202For section 202(3)(c) of the Act, the following fees are prescribed—

(a)if the trustee is a corporation or, if there is more than 1 trustee, at least 1 of the trustees is a corporation—$1,750;

(b)otherwise—

(i)if the value of all the trust property is not more than $500,000—$500; or

(ii)if the value of all the trust property is more than $500,000—$750.
