(a)the practitioner is treating the patient in a hospital or custodial facility; and

(b)the patient was being treated with the medicine within a reasonable period before—

(i)being admitted to the hospital or being taken into custody at the custodial facility; or

(ii)being treated by the practitioner.

(ii)being treated by the practitioner.
