1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2025.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 6 June 2026.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Amendment Act 2024. Note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 7 June 2026.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 8 June 2026.
