target.version.series="d4a7e9d3-f73d-48a3-9459-9be0b66a1c15" check="valid" jurisd="QLD" type="act"><name emphasis="yes">Planning Act 2016</name></legref>; and </txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.a-para2.ii" guid="_902d5010-9f95-4dba-ace7-e79fb7cb9433" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">obtained by the park owner;</txt></block></li></list></block></li><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.b" guid="_52d4c6da-b327-4f1f-a5a0-326786498151" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">whether the residential park will contain types of accommodation in addition to owner-occupied manufactured homes;</txt><note id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.b-note" guid="_b7ea63e2-fdc7-4c9c-b0ec-798ffd330a64" type="example"><heading id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.b-note-he" guid="_af842147-42c6-4f67-b057-23d871200779">Examples of additional types of accommodation—</heading><block><txt break.before="1">caravans, holiday rentals, residential premises (including manufactured homes) under residential tenancy agreements</txt></block></note></block></li><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.c" guid="_7322e8a1-6326-4b8a-a009-94a092ab33af" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(c)</no><block><txt break.before="0">details of any other residential parks owned by the park owner;</txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.d" guid="_43fe26b5-9b40-41fd-a81a-f69dd5a467fe" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(d)</no><block><txt break.before="0">a copy of any instrument used, or to be used, by the park owner as a template for—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.d-para2.i" guid="_236189e3-6a8d-4086-b5ea-47c024962625" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">a site agreement; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.2A-para1.d-para2.ii" guid="_b4318030-878f-44d7-aacd-7abcab230eda" provision.type="other" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">an agreement for the sale of a manufactured home in the residential park to a prospective home break.before="0">an estimate of the proposed site rent, or the proposed range of site rent, payable by a home owner in the first year of operation of the residential
