1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Health and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2023.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 2 May 2025.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Health and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023.Note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 3 May 2025.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 4 May 2025.
