(b)from 1 July 2023—$1.060.

5Replacement of s 3 (Value of fee unit for particular Acts—Act, s 48B)Section 3—omit, insert—3Value of fee unit for particular Acts—Act, s 48B(1)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 1 is—

(a)from 1 July to 31 August 2023—$1.025; and

(b)from 1 September 2023—$1.060.

(2)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 2 is—

(a)from 1 July to 30 September 2023—$1.025; and

(b)from 1 October 2023—$1.060.

(3)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 3 is—

(a)from 1 July to 31 December 2023—$1.025; and

(b)from 1 January 2024—$1.060.

(4)The value of a fee unit for an Act or a part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1, part 4 is—

(a)from 1 July 2023 to 30 April 2024—$1.025; and

(b)from 1 May 2024—$1.060.
