1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Queensland Veterans’ Council (Postponement) Regulation 2022.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 4 November 2023.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Queensland Veterans’ Council Act 2021.Note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 5 November 2023.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 6 November 2023.
