(a)the areas surrounding Macintosh Island Park in Surfers Paradise;

(b)the areas in the Southport Broadwater Parklands;

(c)3332 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise.

12Major event period for Gold Coast 500—Act, s 12For section 12(2)(c) of the Act, the major event period for the Gold Coast 500 is the period from midday on 27 October 2022 to midday on 31 October 2022.13Carrying out temporary works for Gold Coast 500—Act, s 16For section 16(2) of the Act, the following periods are prescribed—

(a)from the beginning of the day on 19 September 2022 to midday on 27 October 2022;

(b)from midday on 31 October 2022 to midnight on 19 November 2022.

14Declaration of official title for Gold Coast 500—Act, s 51For section 51(1)(b) of the Act, the title ‘2022 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500’ is declared an official title for the Gold Coast 500.5Replacement of sch 2 (Major event area for Gold Coast 600)Schedule 2—omit, insert—Schedule 2Major event area for Gold Coast 500section 11
