1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (Gold Coast Infill Stations Project) Amendment Regulation 2021.2Regulation amendedThis regulation amends the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority Regulation 2019.3Amendment of s 2 (Definitions)Section 2—insert—active transport infrastructure see the Transport Planning and Coordination Act 1994, section 8A(3).Gold Coast infill stations project means the project known as the Gold Coast infill stations project that—

(a)involves—

(i)providing new railway stations on the Brisbane to Gold Coast railway line at Merrimac, Pimpama and in the northern part of Helensvale; and

(ii)providing or improving other rail transport infrastructure, road transport infrastructure and active transport infrastructure in relation to the stations; and

(b)is described in the document called ‘Gold Coast Infill Stations—Project Description Report’ prepared by the authority and dated April 2021.
