1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Personalised Transport Ombudsman (Postponement) Regulation 2020.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 12 September 2021.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Personalised Transport Ombudsman Act 2019, other than the uncommenced provisions of part 7, division 6.Note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 13 September 2021.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 14 September 2021.
