4Insertion of new s 83AAfter section 83—insert—83ADeclaration of SEQ bulk suppliers—Act, s 360C, definition SEQ bulk supplierFor section 360C of the Act, definition SEQ bulk supplier, paragraph (b), the Central SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority, established under the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009, section 8, is declared to be an SEQ bulk supplier for chapter 2A, part 3 of the Act.
