1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2020.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 31 July 2020.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Guardianship and Administration and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019. Editor’s note—The postponed law now automatically commences on 1 August 2020.3ExpiryThis regulation expires on 2 August 2020.
