(e)use a hose or water sprinkler near the tree;

(f)build, maintain or remove infrastructure near the tree.

(2)Section 41B—insert—(3)In this section—infrastructure includes a building, or other structure, built or used for any purpose, including, for example, a fence, pipeline or road.
