1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Regulation 2019.2CommencementThis regulation commences on 1 September 2019.3Approved superannuation schemes—Act, s 4For section 4(1) of the Act, definition approved superannuation scheme, paragraph (b), the following superannuation schemes are declared to be approved superannuation schemes—

(a)LGIAsuper participated in under the Local Government Act 2009;

(b)Energy Super participated in under the Electricity Act 1994.

4Prescribed matters for definition public employment—Act, s 4(1)For section 4(1) of the Act, definition public employment, paragraph (a), Queensland is prescribed.(2)For section 4(1) of the Act, definition public employment, paragraph (b), the following authorities are prescribed—

(a)a local government;

(b)a State electricity entity within the meaning of the Electricity Act 1994;

(c)a university established under a law of a State.
