to which home owners and other residents of the park must evacuate if there is an emergency. </txt></block></clause><clause id="sec.4-frag-sec.4B" guid="_749cf55d-bca7-4108-9eb8-4a92b45d7e82" affected.by.uncommenced="0" spent.amends="0" provision.type="other"><no>4B</no><heading id="sec.4-frag-sec.4B-he" guid="_1a6433ef-8de4-460b-87fc-6d7a0c8f5018">Written records of emergency procedure tests</heading><subclause id="sec.4-frag-sec.4B-ssec.1" guid="_dd89d539-6c80-4e66-865f-84e6716e5394" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(1)</no><block><txt break.before="0">The park owner for a residential park must ensure a written record of each emergency procedure test for the park is kept at the park.</txt></block><penalty id="sec.4-frag-sec.4B-ssec.1-pen" guid="_b76c55bb-e16a-4b39-8de8-4775ff3f336f"><block><txt break.before="1">Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.</txt></block></penalty></subclause><subclause id="sec.4-frag-sec.4B-ssec.2" guid="_75e19dec-3df1-46bc-abd9-70e5da8c41b4" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(2)</no><block><txt break.before="0">In this section—</txt><deflist><definition id="sec.4-frag-sec.4B-ssec.2-def.emergencyproceduretest_" guid="_dc865571-5084-4070-a262-22b38aa9a9f0" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><txt break.before="1"><defterm id="sec.4-frag-sec.4B-ssec.2-def.emergencyproceduretest" guid="_abb4e6bd-2f3f-4db7-bd96-d1ac032b59f8" type="definition">emergency procedure test</defterm>, for a residential park, means a test of an emergency procedure provided for in the emergency plan for the park.</txt></definition></deflist></block></subclause></clause><clause id="sec.4-frag-sec.4C" guid="_fad86f67-0547-4da8-9ab4-5c205815d533" affected.by.uncommenced="0" spent.amends="0" provision.type="other"><no>4C</no><heading id="sec.4-frag-sec.4C-he" guid="_c7c9581f-f2f4-4b4a-8df6-ea8bbe30dfb3">Emergency plan to be displayed on notice board—Act, s 89</heading><block><txt break.before="1">For section 89(3) of the Act— </txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.4C-para1.a" guid="_f0d52c6c-4ea6-4bf5-aae4-569e450a7372" provision.type="other"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the prescribed type of information is the emergency plan for the residential park; and</txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.4C-para1.b" guid="_3da735bb-423d-4c5c-b3c9-8f273f5b72a4" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the prescribed period is any period for which a home owner for the park, or a tenant of a home owner for the park, resides in the park.</txt></block></li></list></block></clause><clause id="sec.4-frag-sec.4D" guid="_3031a3f2-1202-4b49-9579-77e2abaeae12" affected.by.uncommenced="0" spent.amends="0" break.before="1">For schedule 1, item 1(d) of the Act, the following information about site rent that is, or is to be, payable for the site is prescribed—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.4-frag-sec.4D-para1.a" guid="_a6aacb71-b602-4531-9f4a-374f822be6e0" provision.type="other"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the basis for working out the
