(a)prepare or excavate the site;

(b)concrete for the construction, maintenance or repair of the court;

(c)apply materials or treatments to the surface of the court.

(2)Schedule 2, part 10, section 2(6A) and (7)—renumber as section 2(7) and (8).5Amendment of sch 2, pt 54, s 2 (Scope of work)(1)Schedule 2, part 54, section 2—insert—(4A)Construct, maintain and repair a tennis court or another sporting court, including, for example, the following—
