1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) (Postponement) Regulation 2018.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 10 November 2019.(2)In this section—postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017, other than—

(a)section 303A; and

(b)chapter 9, part 1, divisions 2 and 3.
