1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2018.2Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 25 August 2019.(2)In this section—postponed law means the following uncommenced provisions of the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017—

(a)parts 2, 4, 5 and 7;

(b)sections 92, 122 and 130;

(c)part 14, divisions 1 to 4, 6, 8, 10 and 11.
