(d)the registration item is a number plate required to be returned to the chief executive under section 102(4).Note—Section 102(5) provides for what the chief executive must do if a number plate is delivered to an authorised officer under paragraph (d).

7Amendment of sch 8 (Dictionary)Schedule 8, definition special interest vehicle—insert—

(d)a bus that is at least 25 years old with a GVM over 5t.
