or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.2-para1.a-para2.ii" guid="_74c70b47-8297-46d2-8c2c-5ba165f31627" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">240V; and</txt></block></li></list></block></li><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.2-para1.b" guid="_e197dc0e-3fc6-4b33-bd49-c8629bf02c35" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">between 2 phase conductors—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.i" guid="_8d3eef51-effc-4a32-9c73-11b5742cccf9" provision.type="other"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the nominal voltage stated for the system in AS 60038; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.2-para1.b-para2.ii" guid="_85a5d7bb-120b-4722-929e-e07b019bc393" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">415V.</txt></block></li></list></block></li></list></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.3-frag-ssec.3" guid="_86a48059-df76-448c-b7b1-b87759b9dfcb" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(3)</no><block><txt break.before="0">The standard voltage for the supply, before 27 October 2018, of electricity at low voltage from a single phase system is—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.3-para1.a" guid="_6f838426-91ab-4be7-ac36-5ba5d97f45b3" provision.type="other"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">between a phase conductor and a neutral conductor—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.3-para1.a-para2.i" guid="_24a23bf2-74fa-434c-943d-42aab7f7253f" provision.type="other"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the nominal voltage stated for the system in AS 60038; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.3-para1.a-para2.ii" guid="_7fe41fb8-6d64-4680-8229-115c82c3004d" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">240V; and</txt></block></li></list></block></li><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.3-para1.b" guid="_b00b7ee9-7d6c-40a6-be5c-44dfaa8ba87d" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">between the phase conductors—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.3-para1.b-para2.i" guid="_3c62a900-acd9-4466-b19c-7dfcad8f0d12" provision.type="other"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">the nominal voltage stated for the system in AS 60038; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.3-frag-ssec.3-para1.b-para2.ii" guid="_801d3d1c-f396-47bb-84e8-444d4c31dca0" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">480V.</txt></block></li></list></block></li></list></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.3-frag-ssec.4" guid="_fb1a8240-9e7b-418c-a4e4-c81be02be03e" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(4)</no><block><txt break.before="0">The standard voltage for the supply, on or after 27 October 2018, of electricity at low voltage from a 3-phase system or a single phase system is the nominal voltage stated for the system in AS 60038.</txt></block></subclause></fragment></block></clause><clause id="sec.4" guid="_9233c557-5643-4c23-92be-0c64827852b7" affected.by.uncommenced="0" spent.amends="0" provision.type="amend"><no>4</no><heading id="sec.4-he" guid="_b605ddcd-5a67-4ca9-82f4-55431297c480">Amendment of <legref refid="sec.13" check="invalid" jurisd="QLD" type="act">s&#160;13</legref> (Changes of voltage at customer’s consumers terminals)</heading><subclause id="sec.4-ssec.1" guid="_cb843c03-70f4-4f1d-8ef3-f14013a065f5" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(1)</no><block><txt break.before="0"><legref refid="sec.13" check="invalid" jurisd="QLD" type="act">Section&#160;13</legref>(1), after ‘standard voltage’—</txt><txt break.before="1"><i>insert—</i></txt><fragment format="fromcontext" auto.number.type="manual" style="indent"><block><txt break.before="1">for the supply</txt></block></fragment></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.4-ssec.2" guid="_31f5a515-703e-4cda-8166-03ef0cfb9223" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(2)</no><block><txt break.before="0"><legref refid="sec.13" check="invalid" jurisd="QLD" type="act">Section&#160;13</legref>(2) and (3)—</txt><txt break.before="1"><i>omit, insert—</i></txt><fragment format="fromcontext" auto.number.type="manual" style="indent"><subclause id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.2" guid="_92b784c3-d22e-4650-9d79-8e40e40bf677" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(2)</no><block><txt break.before="0">For the supply of electricity at low voltage before 27 October 2018, the supply is taken to be maintained at the standard voltage for the supply if the voltage at a customer’s consumers terminals—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.2-para1.a" guid="_e4945b01-d657-4b24-8f69-9e5eba921467" provision.type="other"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for the standard voltage mentioned in section 11(2)(a)(i) or (b)(i) or (3)(a)(i) or (b)(i)—does not differ from the standard voltage by more than the percentage stated for the supply voltage range in AS 60038; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.2-para1.b" guid="_81dd44af-7198-4fee-b065-f6eef86eeb99" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for the standard voltage mentioned in section 11(2)(a)(ii) or (b)(ii) or (3)(a)(ii) or (b)(ii)—is no more than 6% more or less than the standard voltage.</txt></block></li></list></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.3" guid="_3a93996b-363e-4446-b953-246ccc1b1a57" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(3)</no><block><txt break.before="0">For the supply of electricity at low voltage on or after 27 October 2018, the supply is taken to be maintained at the standard voltage for the supply if the voltage at a customer’s consumers terminals—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.3-para1.a" guid="_59bb7065-b179-4112-b6b3-979f72d367eb" provision.type="other"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for supply before 1 July 2020—does not differ from the standard voltage by more than the percentage stated for the supply voltage range in AS 60038; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.3-para1.b" guid="_97a65ec9-94ab-47c5-8b5c-7909238f85d9" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">otherwise—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.3-para1.b-para2.i" guid="_14ccf07f-dce5-4c54-b816-982441813f40" provision.type="other"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">is within the minimum preferred steady state median voltage and the maximum preferred steady state median voltage stated in AS 61000; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.3-para1.b-para2.ii" guid="_439b8e3a-a3ea-4e3c-93da-f820e959d2c5" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">if the voltage can not be maintained under subparagraph (i)—does not differ from the standard voltage by more than the percentage stated for the supply voltage range in AS 60038.</txt></block></li></list></block></li></list></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.4" guid="_0bbcc6a0-781c-45cb-b936-00956b48134d" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(4)</no><block><txt break.before="0">The supply of electricity at high voltage is taken to be maintained at the standard voltage for the supply if the voltage at a customer’s consumers terminals is—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.4-para1.a" guid="_c3a1e755-2cfe-4edf-9eee-60a1a50c2508" provision.type="other"><no>(a)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for the supply of electricity at a voltage of 22,000V or less—no more than 5% more or less than the standard voltage; or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.4-para1.b" guid="_f5d1bc52-76ca-4f95-aebe-a47097ef62fc" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for the supply of electricity at a voltage more than 22,000V—within the margin agreed between the electricity entity and the customer.</txt></block></li></list></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.5" guid="_4308d983-8486-4b85-835b-28b093eef3aa" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(5)</no><block><txt break.before="0">For measuring the voltage at a customer’s consumers terminals for subsection (2), (3) or (4), the methodology for the measurement of steady state voltage stated in AS 61000 must be used.</txt></block></subclause><subclause id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.6" guid="_254e137b-1516-49e3-8195-afc3fc4d64d9" affected.by.uncommenced="0" provision.type="other"><no>(6)</no><block><txt break.before="0">In this section—</txt><deflist><definition id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.6-def.AS61000_" guid="_251162ed-d253-4fd0-8149-687c2c5c61e9" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><txt break.before="0"><defterm id="sec.4-ssec.2-frag-ssec.6-def.AS61000" guid="_99b81f3d-884d-40d0-afdf-579b535b2c9b" type="definition">AS 61000</defterm> means AS 61000.3.100 (Limits—Steady state voltage limits in public electricity systems) as in force from time to time.</txt></definition></deflist></block></subclause></fragment></block></subclause></clause><clause id="sec.5" guid="_efcd197c-f824-40ba-b5e6-3790b15f6b54" affected.by.uncommenced="0" spent.amends="0" provision.type="amend"><no>5</no><heading id="sec.5-he" guid="_9fe0a45d-a8ac-4646-b8dd-6f81d674bd5c">Amendment of <legref refid="sch.9" check="invalid" jurisd="QLD" type="act">sch&#160;9</legref> (Dictionary)</heading><block><txt break.before="1"><legref refid="sch.9" check="invalid" jurisd="QLD" type="act">Schedule&#160;9</legref>—</txt><txt break.before="1"><i>insert—</i></txt><fragment format="fromcontext" auto.number.type="manual" style="indent"><deflist><definition id="sec.5-frag-def.AS60038_" guid="_87bc4625-7707-4071-b8e3-bd5821eb69d7" affected.by.uncommenced="0"><txt break.before="1"><defterm id="sec.5-frag-def.AS60038" guid="_4b790a6e-69d8-48d4-8357-8a02280b04e9" type="definition">AS 60038</defterm> means AS 60038 (Standard voltages) as in force from time to time.</txt></definition></deflist></fragment></block></clause></body></wrapper></subordleg>
