1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Public Records (Queensland Rail Train Crewing Practices Commission of Inquiry) Amendment Regulation 2017.2Regulation amendedThis regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2014.3Amendment of s 3 (Responsible public authority—Act, s 15)Section 3(3), from ‘of the commission’—omit, insert—of each of the following public authorities that has ceased to exist—

(a)the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 3) 2015;

(b)the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 2) 2016.
