or</txt></block></li><li id="sec.7-frag-sec.50A-ssec.1-para1.a-para2.ii" guid="_94ed2bac-b484-4936-b45d-477634a08dc8" provision.type="other"><no>(ii)</no><block><txt break.before="0">because a DFVP court grants an application to withdraw; and</txt></block></li></list></block></li><li id="sec.7-frag-sec.50A-ssec.1-para1.b" guid="_77851a57-2881-4c7b-b1b7-f50faf20db73" provision.type="other"><no>(b)</no><block><txt break.before="0">in the absence of—</txt><list number.type="manual" unnumbered.indent="0"><li id="sec.7-frag-sec.50A-ssec.1-para1.b-para2.i" guid="_a1153b07-81f3-42a6-84fe-395788aff29c" provision.type="other"><no>(i)</no><block><txt break.before="0">for an application withdrawn under paragraph (a)(ii)—the applicant;
