1Short titleThis regulation may be cited as the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (Farm Fencing) Amendment Regulation 2017.2Regulation amendedThis regulation amends the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulation 2003.3Amendment of sch 1AA (Work that is not building work)(1)Schedule 1AA, section 1, heading, after ‘building’—insert—or farm fence(2)Schedule 1AA, section 1—insert—(1A)Work mentioned in the Act, schedule 2, definition building work, paragraph (a), (b) or (f), if the work is for a farm fence.(3)Schedule 1AA, section 1(2)—insert—farm fence means—

(a)a fence—

(i)on land used wholly or primarily for agricultural or pastoral purposes; and

(ii)used, or intended to be used, for agricultural or pastoral purposes; or

(b)a gate or grid associated with a fence mentioned in paragraph (a).

(4)Schedule 1AA, section 1(1A) and (2)—renumber as schedule 1AA, section 1(2) and (3).
