(a)has been made as society rules; and

(b)commenced on 28 April 2017.Note—The making of the Legal Profession (Society) Rules 2007 and particular amendments of the rules were notified under the Legal Profession (Society Rules) Notice 2007 repealed under section 3.

3Repeal(1)The Legal Profession (Society Rules) Notice 2007, SL No. 163 is repealed. (2)The Legal Profession (Society Rules) Notice 2007 is declared to be a law to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20A applies.
