1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Environmental Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2017 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Environmental Protection Regulation 2008 . 3 Insertion of new s 144E Chapter 8A— insert— 144E Approval of guidelines about issuing particular environmental protection orders—Act, s 548A For section 548A(2) of the Act, the guideline called ‘Issuing ‘chain of responsibility’ environmental protection orders under Chapter 7, Part 5, Division 2 of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 ’, made by the chief executive on 22 December 2016 and published on the department’s website, is approved.
