1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Records (LGAQ) Amendment Regulation 2016 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2014 . 3 Amendment of s 3 (Responsible public authority—Act, s 15) Section 3— insert— (6) For section 15(d) of the Act, the department in which the Local Government Act 2009 is administered is prescribed as the responsible public authority for a public record of the Local Government Association of Queensland (Incorporated), established under the repealed Local Government Act 1993 , that has ceased to exist. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Relevant public authorities) Schedule 1— insert— The Local Government Association of Queensland (Incorporated) established under the repealed Local Government Act 1993 The department in which the Local Government Act 2009 is administered
