1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2016 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Regulation 2010 . 3 Amendment of s 2 (Prescribed land—Act, s 17D) (1) Section 2(c) and (g)— omit. (2) Section 2(d), ‘SP238193 situated in the County of Stanley,’— omit, insert— SP288048 (3) Section 2(e), ‘SP219239 situated in the County of Stanley, containing an area of 4.065ha’— omit, insert— SP288049 containing an area of 3.968ha (4) Section 2— insert—

(i) lot 800 on SP288047 containing an area of 1.417ha;

(j) lot 801 on SP288047 containing an area of 0.045ha;

(k) lot 802 on SP288047 containing an area of 0.1808ha;

(l) lot 803 on SP288047 containing an area of 0.1068ha.

(5) Section 2(d) to (l)— renumber as section 2(b) to (h). (6) Section 2 insert— (2) A plan mentioned in this section 2 with a number beginning with SP is a plan held by the department administering the Land Title Act 1994 and available for inspection by members of the public.
