1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Fisheries Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2016 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Fisheries Regulation 2008 . 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Declared fish habitat areas) (1) Schedule 3, entry for Fitzroy River FHA-072— omit. (2) Schedule 3— insert— Balban Dara Guya (Leekes Creek) FHA-076 The declared fish habitat area includes the part of the esplanade near Leekes Beach that is within the outer boundary shown on the fish habitat area plan for the area. De-ral-li (Calliope River) FHA-075 Fitzroy River FHA-072 (revision 1) The declared fish habitat area includes lot 18 on plan DS727. The declared fish habitat area excludes the following— • the part of lot 169 on plan DT40169 that is not tidal land • the esplanade surrounding lot 535 on plan NPW714.
