1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Legal Profession (Barristers Rules) Notice 2016 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 26 August 2016. 3 Making of rule The ‘2011 Barristers’ Rule, as amended’ has been made as barristers rules. Editor’s note— The rule is available, without charge, for public inspection—

(a) at the bar association’s principal place of business during normal working hours; or

(b) on the bar association’s website.

4 Repeal The Legal Profession (Barristers Rules) Notice 2011 , SL No. 309 is repealed.
