1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2014. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Responsible public authority—Act, s 15) (1) Section 3(1)— insert—

(f) the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 4) 2015 .
