none act-2025-008 Trusts Act 2025 sl-2026-0030 Department of Justice 30 published 2026-03-27 website 1 reg Trusts Regulation 2026 2026 2026 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Trusts Regulation 2026. 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 28 April 2026. 3 Fee for application to Attorney-General for approval of scheme—Act, s 202 For section 202(3)(c) of the Act, the following fees are prescribed—

(a) if the trustee is a corporation or, if there is more than 1 trustee, at least 1 of the trustees is a corporation—$1,750;

(b) otherwise—

(i) if the value of all the trust property is not more than $500,000—$500; or

(ii) if the value of all the trust property is more than $500,000—$750.
