Part 2 Amendment of Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulation 2018 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulation 2018. 4 Amendment of s 16 (Applications for licence—Act, s 33) (1) Section 16 (1), ‘section 33(1)(a)’— omit, insert— section 33(1)(b) (2) Section 16 (1) (b) (iii)— omit, insert—

(iii) the licence application fee for the application for the licence, and the licence fee for the licence, stated in schedule 7.

(3) Section 16 (2)— omit. (4) Section 16 (5), ‘Subsection (6)’— omit, insert— Subsection (5) (5) Section 16 (6)— omit, insert—

(6) Payment of the licence application fee for the application for the licence, and the licence fee for the licence, is waived.

(6) Section 16 (7), definition qualified witness— omit. (7) Section 16 (3) to (7)— renumber as section 16(2) to (6). 5 Amendment of sch 7 (Fees) (1) Schedule 7, items 1 and 2, second column, ‘33(1)(b)(ii)’— omit, insert— 33(1)(c)(ii) (2) Schedule 7, items 3 and 4, second column, ‘33(1)(a)’— omit, insert— 33(1)(b) and (c)(ii) 6 Amendment of sch 8 (Dictionary) (1) Schedule 8, definition licence fee— omit. (2) Schedule 8— insert— licence application fee means the fee payable for an application for a licence stated in schedule 7, item 1 or 2. licence fee means the fee for a licence, or the renewal or restoration of a licence, stated in schedule 7, item 3 or 4.
